Rachael is a CAHRI, SHRM-CP, MRCSA and Vets accredited Human Resources Professional with approximately 25 years experience working in various industries and market segments, SME and Senior Management roles in organizations ranging from start-ups to large multinational corporations in both within Australia and the USA. Rachael has significant exposure to all HR functions, including HR strategy, performance management, IR / ER, mediation, employee counselling, coaching, training course development and facilitation, policy development and implementation, organisational design, recruitment and selection and assessment centre facilitation through her roles as the Director for Forsite Group, APAC Resource Manager for TeleTech International and Senior Resource Consultant for Fujitsu. Rachael has also developed and delivered training programs for the US Military, co-ordinated and run career fairs and provided career coaching and advice contributing to her being awarded the DoL Vets HIRE Platinum award in 2019. Rachael is also an accredited Mental Health First Aid Officer. She is a SHRM Hawaii and Illinois Member, a member of the Hawaiian Workforce Development Committee and has published works in The Global Recruiter, RCSA Journal and Recruiter International magazines. Rachael prides herself on delivering meaningful and effective advisory and consulting solutions that align with strategic objectives and add genuine value for her clients. She is passionate about her profession and is actively engaged in continued education, reading and personal development.
