I spent four years in the United States Marine Corps, and I've spent the last 24 years in HR. Along the way I've worked for Hewitt Associates, Orange County Government, Orange County Public Schools, Darden Restaurants, Sears Home Improvements, and 4 Corner Resources — before launching Baezco Learning to help the kind of businesses that needed expert HR but couldn't afford a full-time director.
