Why are we called baezco learning?

As an HR consultancy firm our goal is to help our business partners move the needle from "A" to "B." Other larger HR consultancy firms will assign you a point of contact to help you with your HR questions via static templates. What makes Baezco Learning different is the approach: We do not "assign" a point of contact. We assign a dedicated HR Manager that will work with you hand-in-hand to create HR strategies custom built for your specific needs. We don't just "answer" questions, we solve problems and explain what caused it, what needs to happen to fix it, and set up strategies to prevent it from happening again.
